Hall Bookings

The Church encourages community use of its buildings, but priority is given to church services and activities. The Church Council has approved a ‘Bookings and Lettings Policy” and the “Conditions for use of Church Premises’ and has delegated responsibility for implementing and managing these to the Bookings Secretary.

The Church Hall is available for one-off bookings e.g. parties, wedding, and funeral refreshments etc., or for regular licensed classes.

If you want to book a party or other one-off event, please read the policy documents, which are available to download from the link below, and then contact the Bookings Secretary – Peter Goodliffe – by phone, or by using the email enquiry form, below or on the “Get in touch” page. Peter will let you know how to return the completed “Bookings Form”.

Please note that the Hall can be hired on any of the 7 days in the week, subject to prior commitments, but is not available on Sunday mornings. Hire charges are made on an hourly basis (min of one and a half hours) and calculated for each whole or quarter hour used.
